March Quest Review

Process:

Submission requests sent to GEC members: February 25^th  – Deadline for comments

• Each submission has a Qualtrics survey link, reviewers will use that link to enter their comments where appropriate.
• There will be a lead reviewer and a secondary reviewer. The lead reviewer will present the course in the March GEC meeting.
• Once each reviewer has entered their comments C. Griffith will compile the comments into a document to be shared with the submitters.
• Please see the attached Calendar for dates and deadlines.

Comments sent to Submitters: March 5^th  – Deadline for Submitter responses

• Submitters will receive comments and respond in email to C. Griffith.
• C. Griffith will include the responses in the Review Comment document.

Responses Posted/Shared: March 9^th  – Posting of Comments

• C. Griffith will Post the Review Comment document on the FORA webpage for the GEC
• The document will also be shared with the committee via email.

The assignments can be found at the bottom of this page. Please click on your assigned qualtrics link. Be sure to verify you are reviewing the correct course.

Survey:

The surveys have hyperlinks which redirect the page to relevant information. DO NOT SIMPLY THE LINK IN THE SURVEY. You must right click the hyperlinks to open a new tab or the survey page will be directed to a new site. 

Review Resources:

I have created a Webpage with examples of previously approved courses, informational links, and previous comment document examples. Please refer to this page for assistance in what to focus on in the reviews. Remember, this review is for General Education subject matter only, not Quest components. Please limit responses to GE areas unless there are glaring issues which need to be addressed. Policy type comments are still encouraged and accepted.

Note: The Approval Tracking System no longer works with Internet Explorer.

Review Assignments:
