Undergraduate students who enter UF in or after Summer B 2021 are required to take one UF Quest 2 course to complete three credits of the general education requirement in the Social and Behavioral, Biological, or Physical Sciences except if they have an A.A. from a Florida public college/state university or are in the Innovation Academy program. Some Quest 2 courses may also be used to satisfy three credits of the Diversity or International requirement and/or count toward the Writing requirement.
Drawing on the tools of the Social and Behavioral, Biological, or Physical Sciences, Quest 2 courses cut across disciplines to explore "pressing questions". Where Quest 1 asks why the world is the way it is, Quest 2 asks what we can do about the problems confronting us.
